Role Overvi
ewWe are seeking a Nursing Faculty Memb er who is knowledgeable, motivated, and passionate about teaching. The role involves delivering engaging lectures, developing academic content, and mentoring students preparing for Nursing Entrance Exams, NORCET, and other nursing competitive examination
s.
Key Responsibilit
ies Deliver clear, comprehensive, and engaging lectures for Nursing Competitive Exa
ms.
Design course structures, lesson plans, and innovative teaching strategi
es.
Develop high-quality academic content including study materials, test papers, PPTs, and question ban
ks.
Resolve student queries and provide personalized academic guidance when requir
ed.
Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and nursing-related develop men
ts.
Collaborate with content, video production, and product teams to ensure quality learning delive
ry.
Mentor, motivate, and support students in achieving academic and career goa
ls.
Qualifications & Sk
ills Educational Qualifica

B.Sc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing (Mandat
ory)
Specialization in Medical-Surgical Nur
sing Experi
ence Prior teaching experience in reputed nursing colleges or coaching institutes prefer
red.
Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and teaching skills are also encouraged to ap
ply.
