Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate educator skilled in academic teaching and proficient in using You Tube for educational outreach. The ideal candidate will effectively engage students through both traditional teaching methods and online platforms, ensuring a seamless integration of learning and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lessons in subjects like Sanskrit, Math, Computer Science, SST, and Geography for teaching exams (KVS, DSSSB, CTET, etc.).
Develop lesson plans, assess student progress, and foster an inclusive learning environment.
Create and manage educational You Tube content, interact with students via comments and live sessions.
Integrate digital tools into teaching, stay updated on educational tech trends.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field.
Proficiency in video recording/editing and platforms like OBS Studio, Canva.
Strong communication, presentation, and digital engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing a You Tube channel and familiarity with You Tube analytics.
Certification in digital marketing or educational technology.
