Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Counselor, based in Noida. The Student Counselor will assist prospective and current students with their academic and career-related decisions. Key responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, guiding students on educational and career paths, resolving student queries, and working closely with the admissions and academic teams to address students' needs effectively. Additionally, the counselor will ensure a strong customer engagement experience while maintaining a professional and supportive relationship with the students.
Qualifications
Expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to effectively guide and support students in making informed decisions about their education and careers
Strong Communication skills to convey information clearly and provide effective advice, along with excellent active listening abilities
Proficiency in Customer Service skills to deliver a positive and supportive experience for students and address their concerns
Background in Education or related fields
Ability to collaborate with a team and adapt to a dynamic educational environment
Empathetic approach with strong interpersonal skills to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Psychology, or Counseling is preferred
