Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for a Study Abroad Counsellor  Study Abroad Counsellor will provide expert guidance and assistance to students seeking to pursue higher education abroad. Day-to-day responsibilities include counseling students, assessing their academic and personal profiles, helping them choose institutions and courses, assisting with application processes including visa filings, and addressing queries. The role also entails effectively communicating with students and parents, and keeping updated on global education trends and university requirements.

Qualifications

Proficiency in counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of various global education systems, courses, and admission processes
Ability to research education programs and provide accurate guidance
Experience in student support and preparing application or visa documentation
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work
A degree in education, counseling, international studies, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in the education or study abroad industry is a strong advantage
Passion for guiding students and helping them achieve academic success
