Key Responsibilities
Industry Connect & Placements
Establish and strengthen partnerships with leading corporates, MNCs.
Identify, invite, and coordinate recruiters for campus placements and internship drives.
Ensure placement targets are achieved in alignment with institutional goals.

Student Career Development
Guide and mentor students on career planning, interview skills, resume building, and workplace readiness.
Organize pre-placement training, workshops, and mock interviews.
Facilitate internships, live projects, and industry visits, mid-term projects
Coordinate industry-academia interface activities such as guest lectures, seminars, and conclaves.

Desired Skills, Experience & Qualification
Strong corporate networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of industry trends and hiring practices.
Student mentoring and counseling skills.

Education:

Master's degree in relevant field.

Experience:

Min 8-10 years of experience in Corporate Relations & Placements.
The candidate should ideally have experience from Universities/Industry
Good connection to place the students of Social Sciences/ Psychology
