Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Study Abroad Counsellor. The responsibilities include guiding students on course and university selection, assisting in admission processes, and providing support for visa applications. The counsellor will also handle client communication, maintain records, and follow up with candidates throughout their application journey. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on international education trends and ensuring a smooth study abroad process for students.
Qualifications
Strong counseling and advisory skills, including the ability to guide students in course, country, and university selection.
Knowledge of admission processes, documentation, and visa application requirements for various countries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including email correspondence and presentations.
Proficient organizational and record-keeping skills to maintain detailed student profiles and track applications effectively.
Prior experience in educational consultancy or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to stay updated on industry trends and international education opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field and a passion for assisting students in achieving their educational goals.
