Position Overview
Avviare Educational Hub, Noida, invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor – Mass Communication & Journalism. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering quality teaching, conducting practical sessions, mentoring students, and supporting selected academic initiatives of the institution on a Full-time & Part
- Time basis.

Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate courses in:
Journalism
Broadcasting
Public Relations
Advertising
Digital & Social Media
Media Production
Conduct practical sessions, labs, and workshops as per schedule.
Assist in curriculum delivery, lesson planning, and assessments.
Evaluate students through assignments, internal assessments, and projects.
Guide student media projects, productions, and internships.
Participate in academic meetings and events on a need basis.
Support departmental academic activities as assigned.
Mentor students for academic and career development.
Qualifications
Essential:
Master's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Communication, or a related discipline with a minimum of 55% marks.
Qualified UGC-NET / SLET / SET or Ph.D. in a relevant field.
Desirable:
Ph.D. in Mass Communication or Journalism.
Teaching experience at UG/PG level.
Industry experience in journalism, PR, broadcasting, or digital media.
Research publications in peer-reviewed or indexed journals.
Proficiency in digital media tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, etc.
Hands-on experience with video production and editing equipment.
Skills & Attributes
Strong theoretical and practical understanding of media and communication.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and camera handling.
Good video editing and media production skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage time efficiently within a part-time schedule.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Willingness to stay updated with evolving media trends.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranging from  ₹25000 to ₹35,000 per month , based on experience, qualifications, and workload.
Paid sick leave (as per institutional policy).
