Link Building Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with website owners, bloggers, influencers, and media partners to secure high-quality backlinks and brand placements. This role requires a blend of communication skills, creativity, and data-driven thinking to ensure impactful collaborations and long-term value.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to secure link-building and content placement opportunities.

● Identify, research, and engage with potential partners across industries to establish meaningful collaborations.

● Conduct in-depth research for outreach in both English and non-English markets to build a strong and diverse prospect list.

● Develop, personalize, and manage outreach email campaigns, including follow-ups, negotiations, and relationship management.

● Monitor, track, and analyze outreach performance metrics (placements, response rates, engagement) and provide regular reports.

● Maintain and update a structured database of prospects, contacts, and outreach progress.

● Stay current with SEO best practices, Google algorithm updates, and evolving outreach trends.

● Consistently achieve outreach KPIs and deadlines while ensuring high-quality standards.

Requirements:

● 1–3 years of experience in outreach or link-building.

● Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to craft clear, engaging outreach messages.

● A basic understanding of SEO fundamentals, link-building strategies, and search engine guidelines.

● Familiarity with outreach tools such as Buzz Stream, Pitchbox, or similar platforms (a plus, not mandatory).

● Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Excel, and email tools to stay organized and efficient.

● The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time well in a fast-paced environment.

● A proactive, relationship-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills.
