Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting prospective students in the admission process, offering exceptional customer service, and providing guidance regarding distance learning programs best suited to their needs. The role requires regular communication with students and collaboration with the counseling team to achieve enrollment objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to empathetically address student and parent queries
Experience in Sales, particularly in an educational setting
Knowledge of the Education industry and familiarity with distance learning programs is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to guide students in decision-making
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Education, Counseling, or equivalent experience
