Key Responsibilities
Content Sanity Audits: Conduct weekly audits of live and recorded sessions to assess teaching quality, presentation skills, accuracy of content, and delivery clarity.
Faculty Coordination: Regularly communicate with teachers to share feedback, suggest improvements, and align delivery with learner expectations and Testbook's academic standards.
Academic Sync: Ensure that teaching plans, schedules, and class topics are in sync with what the subject experts and category managers are planning.
Competitor Benchmarking: Track and analyze competitors' You Tube content strategy (video formats, topics, teachers, thumbnail/SEO practices), and share actionable insights weekly.
Feedback Loops: Work closely with the learner success, comment moderation, and analytics teams to collect and action real-time feedback on faculty performance and session quality.
Academic & Platform Readiness Checks: Ensure that any academic initiative launched via You Tube is quality-tested in terms of visuals, language, examples, concept flow, and learner interaction.
Teacher Onboarding & SOP Training: Assist in onboarding new teachers and training them on pedagogy standards, video delivery protocols, visual aesthetics, and compliance norms.
Must-Have Skills & Experience :
Experience of appearing for competitive exams (SSC, Railways, Banking, Teaching etc.) and sound understanding of various categories
Experience in academic quality management, You Tube education content, or teacher training (1–3 years minimum)
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Familiarity with You Tube Analytics, thumbnails, CTR, retention curves, etc.
Hands-on experience :
With Google Sheets, Docs, PPT, and basic project management tools Good-to-Have Skills
Proven academic-content led You Tube growth
Experience in onboarding, training and managing faculties
Exposure to You Tube SEO/metadata optimization
