Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Chess Instructor. The Chess Instructor will be responsible for teaching chess to students of varying skill levels, developing and delivering lesson plans, providing one-on-one coaching, and conducting chess tournaments and practice sessions. Additionally, the instructor will provide guidance in strategy development and work towards enhancing the analytical skills of students.

Qualifications

Proficiency in chess, with the ability to teach strategy and gameplay to different age groups and skill levels.
Strong foundation in Mathematics to support strategic thinking and logical reasoning.
Experience in teaching, tutoring, or facilitating training sessions, preferably in a structured learning environment.
Passion for teaching and mentoring, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students, fostering their interest in chess and cognitive development.
Previous coaching experience or certifications in chess instruction will be an added advantage.
