Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Admission Counselor located in Noida. The Admission Counselor will guide prospective students through the application and admission processes, addressing their queries and providing tailored advice regarding educational programs. The role involves maintaining communication with potential students, assisting them with program selections, and conducting follow-ups to ensure enrollment. Building relationships with students and their guardians, the counselor will also promote APPWARS Technologies' offerings, contribute to achieving admission goals, and maintain accurate records of communication and progress in the CRM system.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Communication and overall Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with students and their guardians.
Customer Service and Sales skills to provide guidance and encourage enrollment.
Knowledge or experience in the Education sector to effectively understand and convey program benefits.
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer skills for record-keeping and correspondence.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet set goals.
Bachelor's degree in any field (education or related disciplines preferred).
Prior experience in admission counseling or sales is an added advantage.
