Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and nurturing through paid campaigns.

Manage and monitor campaign budgets, performance metrics, and ROI.

Use AI and automation tools to enhance targeting, bidding, and creative performance.

Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals.

Build automated lead funnels for nurturing prospects and improving conversion rates.

Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm updates in performance marketing.

What Will You Need

4–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / PPC / Lead Generation.

Proven track record of managing successful campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Familiarity with AI tools for campaign management, creative generation, and analytics.

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.
