Role Overview  We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and accomplished  School Principal  to lead Kothari International School, Noida. The Principal will provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and overall school operations.

Key Responsibilities   Provide strategic leadership across academic and administrative domains
Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous improvement
Lead, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff performance
Ensure high standards of student achievement, discipline, and well-being
Foster a positive, inclusive, and values-driven school culture
Align school practices with national and international education benchmarks
Build strong partnerships with parents, stakeholders, and the wider community
Represent the school with professionalism, integrity, and vision

Qualifications & Skills   Strong expertise in curriculum development and educational leadership
Proven experience in academic administration and school management
Deep understanding of child development, particularly at Middle and Senior School levels
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Ability to inspire teams, drive innovation, and lead change effectively
Relevant degree in Education, Leadership, or a related field
Master's degree or higher preferred
