Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing and motivating a team of counsellors to meet monthly admissions targets.
Monitor team performance, track daily metrics, and ensure CRM accuracy.
Support counsellors in student handling, lead conversions, and escalated cases.
Conduct training, feedback sessions, and maintain counselling quality standards.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and university partners for smooth workflow.

Desired Candidate Profile

2–4 years of EdTech sales/admissions experience; 1+ year in a senior or team support role.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead funnel management.
Target-driven, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
