Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Advisor located in Noida. The Program Advisor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the program selection process, understanding their professional goals, and providing tailored advice. The role involves managing prospective leads, participating in student engagement activities, and ensuring a seamless enrollment process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to interact effectively with potential students and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge or experience in education, career counseling, or student advisory services.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic requirements.
Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a background in Education, Marketing, or Business is advantageous.
Prior experience in educational consulting or a related field will be an asset.
