Role Description

The Student Admissions Counsellor - Germany will assist prospective students in pursuing higher education opportunities in Germany. Responsibilities include advising students on academic programs, guiding them through admission requirements, supporting visa applications, and maintaining personalized follow-ups. Delivering exceptional customer service, addressing student inquiries, and ensuring a seamless study-abroad process will be key priorities in this role. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with students and stakeholders.
Excellent customer service skills to address student queries and concerns effectively.
Sales skills to guide students in choosing the best educational opportunities for their needs.
Knowledge or basic understanding of education systems, particularly in Germany, is an advantage.
Proficiency in problem-solving and a detail-oriented approach to support students through the entire admissions process.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in student counseling, admissions, or similar fields is a plus.
