Centre Head

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our centre. The Centre Head will be responsible for overall operations, learning strategy implementation, team management, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with proven leadership and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities    Develop and implement effective learning strategies to achieve business and educational objectives.
Manage and supervise a team of educators, trainers, and administrative staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, parents, and partners.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the centre, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment that promotes employee development.
Drive innovation in teaching methodologies, curriculum delivery, and operational processes.
Qualifications & Experience    Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the education or training sector.
Strong knowledge of learning solutions, curriculum development, and early childhood/educational operations.
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
Experience in stakeholder management and client relationship building.
Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Ability to handle challenges with critical and creative problem-solving approaches.
