Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor / Senior Counselor located in Noida. The individual will assist students in selecting the most suitable UG/PG courses through personalized consultations. Responsibilities include providing detailed information about various online universities, addressing inquiries, offering guidance on admission processes, and ensuring an excellent customer support experience. The counselor will also support prospective students in exploring career options, internships, and job opportunities while maintaining a client-focused approach to meet student needs.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively interact with students and stakeholders
Customer Service experience and a student-centric approach
Proven ability in Sales and the ability to guide students in making informed decisions
Knowledge or experience in the Education industry is highly beneficial
Proficiency in guiding students through UG/PG course selection and online programs
Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with team members effectively
