AI​/ML Technical Trainer

The Role

We are hiring an AI/ML Technical Trainer who will train and mentor final-year engineering students through our AI Accelerator Program—preparing them to become job-ready AI/ML engineers. This role blends technical expertise, structured teaching, and program execution. If you enjoy developing talent, creating hands-on learning experiences, and simplifying complex concepts, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Content Delivery

Conduct engaging sessions on AI/ML fundamentals, Python, deep learning frameworks and project-based learning.

Break down complex topics for easier understanding and apply industry examples.

Curriculum & Project Development

Build and improve training modules based on real-world use-cases.

Develop mini-projects and capstones that replicate production-level scenarios (MLOps, deployment, performance constraints).

Student Mentorship & Performance Evaluation

Guide learners through coding challenges, model development, project completion.

Evaluate student progress using assessments, benchmarks and feedback sessions.

Program Execution & Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams to structure internships and project pathways.

Present training and conversion metrics: learning outcomes, internship readiness, progress reports.

Required Qualifications

1–3 years experience  in AI/ML engineering, model building or technical training.

Strong proficiency in  Python ,  Num Py ,  Pandas ,  scikit-learn , plus exposure to  Tensor Flow/PyTorch .

Good understanding of MLOps concepts & cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).

B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent technical degree.
