Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Psychologist role located in Noida. The Junior Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing counseling services, and supporting mental health initiatives. Regular tasks include guiding clients through tailored psychological techniques, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and developing evidence-based strategies to promote mental wellness.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Psychology and its practical applications
Experience or knowledge in areas such as Mental Health support and Counseling
Proficiency in conducting Psychological Assessments
Background or familiarity with Medicine as it relates to psychological care is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Relevant certifications or a degree in Psychology or a related field
