Assistant Manager - Admissions and Marketing

Job Description
Execute marketing campaigns (offline & online) to generate quality leads.
Organize and participate in education fairs, career counselling sessions, seminars, workshops, and campus outreach activities.
Build relationships with schools, coaching centers, counsellors, and other academic partners for lead generation.
Strengthen brand visibility through local events, tie-ups, and student engagement activities.
Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management for strategy enhancement
Support digital marketing campaigns through social media, content sharing, and engagement.
Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online admission enquiries.
Counsel prospective students and parents about programs, curriculum, admission process, and career outcomes.
Guide students through application, selection, and enrolment process.
Maintain enquiry and admission conversion records in CRM/ERP system.

Skill Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to counsel and engage with students and parents effectively.

• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
