About the Institution

IMS Noida (Institute of Management Studies) is a well-known private educational institution in NCR, established in 1998, offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Management, IT, Mass Communication, and Law, focusing on industry-relevant skills, practical learning, and global exposure through collaborations, known for its PGDM courses and facilities like moot courts, tech labs, and a vibrant campus with placements for its students.

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Outreach Manager to strengthen institutional visibility, partnerships, and student outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute outreach strategies to promote academic programs among schools, colleges, corporates, and other stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with feeder institutions, industry partners, coaching institutes, and counselors
- Coordinate and conduct school/college visits, education fairs, seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions
- Support student admissions through effective outreach, lead generation, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to achieve enrollment targets
- Represent the institution at external events, exhibitions, and academic forums
- Maintain outreach databases, prepare reports, and analyze outreach effectiveness
- Identify new outreach opportunities and partnerships aligned with institutional goals

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Management, Marketing, Education, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in outreach, admissions, academic marketing, or institutional partnerships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for outreach activities
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
