Role Description

The AI Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The AI Trainer will develop and deliver training programs designed to enhance knowledge, expertise, and application of artificial intelligence in vocational training contexts. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating training materials, conducting workshops, mentoring trainees, assessing progress, and providing feedback. This role requires collaboration with other trainers to ensure alignment with industry needs and skill standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence concepts, machine learning models, and AI applications.
Experience in developing effective training programs and designing instructional content.
Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills to assist trainees in learning AI-related skills.
Ability to stay updated on advancements in AI technologies and integrate them into training materials.

Experience with hands-on implementation of AI tools and technologies is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Prior experience in technical education or vocational skill development is an advantage.
