Job Summary

IMS, Noida (Sector-62) is looking for a motivated and student-focused Admissions Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The role involves counselling students, handling enquiries, promoting academic programs, and achieving enrollment targets while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents about IMS programs, eligibility, admission procedures, and career prospects

• Handle walk-in, telephonic, email, and online enquiries effectively

• Conduct follow-up calls and maintain a strong conversion ratio from enquiry to admission

• Support students throughout the admission lifecycle, from enquiry to enrollment

• Maintain accurate student data in CRM and admission records

• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for admission drives, seminars, and events

• Assist in organizing open houses, campus visits, and promotional activities

• Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets

• Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Graduate/Post-graduate in any discipline

• Prior experience in admissions counselling, education sales, or student services preferred

• Fresher / Experienced with strong communication skills may also apply
