About The Opportunity
A multi-speciality tertiary-care hospital in the private healthcare sector is expanding its diagnostic imaging team at the Dadri, Greater Noida campus. We seek a hands-on Consultant Radiologist to deliver high-quality imaging interpretation, perform image-guided procedures, and support a fast-paced clinical environment across inpatient, outpatient and emergency services.
Role & Responsibilities
Provide accurate, timely diagnostic reporting across CT, MRI, ultrasound, digital radiography and other imaging modalities, ensuring clinical relevance for referring teams.
Perform image-guided interventional procedures (biopsies, drainages, aspirations) with strict adherence to safety and aseptic protocols.
Manage radiology workflow: authorise protocols, review studies on PACS, finalise reports in RIS, and ensure quick turnaround for emergency cases.
Implement and monitor radiation safety and quality assurance programmes; maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, tumour boards and case discussions to guide patient management decisions.
Supervise and mentor junior radiologists, residents and technologists; contribute to training, audits and departmental process improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
MD / DNB / DMRD in Radiology (postgraduate qualification in Clinical Radiology)
Current registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or relevant State Medical Council in India
Proven clinical experience in reporting CT, MRI, ultrasound and digital radiography in a hospital setting
Hands-on experience with image-guided procedures and emergency radiology reporting
Proficiency with PACS and RIS workflows and DICOM standards
Willingness to work on-site at Dadri, Greater Noida including rotational shifts and on-call duties
Preferred
Fellowship or formal training in Interventional Radiology or a subspecialty (e.g., Neuro, MSK, Breast)
Experience in breast imaging and mammography reporting
Prior exposure to multidisciplinary tumour boards and quality improvement initiatives
