AI-Powered Healthcare Management System (HMS) & Clinic Management Software
Radiology reporting and remote diagnostic ecosystem
We have successfully built the MVP , validated demand through courses and diagnostic operations, and are now preparing for Pan-India expansion .
We are seeking a Co-Founder / Strategic Investor who can contribute both capital and leadership to scale operations nationally.
Opportunity Overview This is not a typical employment role.
We are looking for a partner who can:
Invest financially in the growth phase
Actively participate in strategy and scaling
Build a national healthcare ecosystem
Share long-term equity upside
Key Focus Areas
1. Business Expansion Launch CBCT diagnostic centres across India (hub-and-spoke model)
Expand training programs and certification ecosystem
Scale AI healthcare software adoption in clinics & hospitals
2. Investment & Fundraising Support capital infusion for scaling
Participate in investor discussions and fundraising rounds
Help structure financial growth strategy
3. Strategic Leadership Market expansion planning
Partnerships with hospitals, universities, and dental networks
Go-to-market strategy for AI healthcare platform
4. Technology Scaling AI-based clinic management deployment
Healthcare SaaS commercialization
Digital healthcare ecosystem integration
Investment Requirement (Indicative) We are open to discussion depending on involvement level:
Seed Investment: ₹50 Lakhs – ₹2 Crore+
Equity:
Negotiable based on contribution
