Elite Motion Presentation Designer (Cinematic Deck Specialist)

About the Role:

We’re hiring a top-tier presentation designer who specializes in motion-driven,
cinematic PowerPoint decks. We’re not looking for static slide designers. We need someone who can
create video-like presentations using advanced animation choreography, seamless transitions, and
high-end visual storytelling.

What You’ll Do
 Design cinematic, motion-based presentations:
Create seamless transitions that feel like video.
 Build Non-Linear "App-Like" Navigation:
Use advanced Zoom Links and Triggers to create
interactive architectures, allowing speakers to jump to any section and "zoom" back to a main
menu based on audience flow.
 Animate Data Stories:
Transform static Excel charts into dynamic data visualizations where bars
grow, lines trend, and key metrics highlight in sync with the narrative.
 Choreograph object animations:
Use Morph and advanced timelines to convert complex ideas
into animated storytelling.
 Deliver executive-level polish:
Maintain premium visual aesthetics for investor decks and brand
narratives.

Required Skills
 Expert in Advanced PowerPoint Animation:
Mastery of Morph transitions, object
choreography, and timeline layering.
 Interactive Architecture:
Proficiency in building non-linear decks using Slide Zoom, Section
Zoom, and Object Triggers.
 Dynamic Data Design:
Ability to build and animate complex charts/graphs to make data-heavy
slides engaging.
 Motion Storytelling: A strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and & quot;visual flow& quot; that keeps an audience
hooked.
 Visual Fundamentals:
Mastery of typography, layout, and color theory.
 Efficiency:
Ability to simplify dense content visually with extreme attention to micro-detail.
 Photoshop or Illustrator for editing images to be used in presentations

Bonus Skills (Highly Valued)
 Video editing sense (timing & flow).
 AI-Assisted Design (Midjourney/DALL-E) for custom high-fidelity assets.
Portfolio Requirements (Mandatory) Applicants must show:
 Highly animated presentations and motion-heavy decks.
 Examples of interactive navigation (Zooms/Triggers).
 Animated data/chart transformations.
 Real business decks (not templates).
