The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Creative Director (Gaurav Gupta), supporting in managing day-to-day creative, communication, and coordination responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone from a Fashion Communication or Fashion Management background who understands the nuances of the fashion and luxury ecosystem, including brand communication, client relations, and event management.
You will act as the key link between the Creative Director and multiple internal and external stakeholders — ensuring clarity, organization, and seamless execution across creative projects, meetings, and brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Communication Support
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Creative Director and internal teams, clients, collaborators, and external partners.
Draft, edit, and manage communication materials including emails, briefs, decks, and speaking notes.
Support in preparing talking points, presentations, and media notes for interviews, events, and collaborations.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communication and documentation.
2. Calendar & Coordination
Manage the Creative Director's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
Anticipate priorities and ensure time is allocated effectively in line with creative and strategic goals.
Coordinate across departments (Design, Marketing, Retail, Operations) to ensure timely execution and alignment.
3. Project & Event Support
Assist the Creative Director in planning and executing brand collaborations, couture shows, store launches, and marketing campaigns.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners (PR, production, and marketing) to ensure smooth execution of creative and brand projects.
Track project timelines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure detailed documentation of outcomes and decisions.
Profile Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Communication , Fashion Management , Luxury Brand Management , or a related discipline — preferably from premier institutions such as NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy, Istituto Marangoni, London College of Fashion, Central Saint Martins, Parsons School of Design, or other globally recognized design schools .
1–3 years of experience in a similar role within a fashion/luxury brand , PR agency, or design house.
Strong understanding of fashion communication, creative processes, and media coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking under dynamic conditions.
Discreet, composed, and polished in demeanor and interactions.
Aesthetic sensibility and attention to presentation detail are essential.
Preferred Attributes
Strong alignment with the brand's creative philosophy and visual language.
Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy creative environment.
Prior experience supporting a Creative Director, Founder, or senior creative leader is a plus.
