What youll be doing:

Creative ideation:
Generating visionary and impactful creative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand strategies that align with client objectives.
Concept to Execution:
Create assets, presentations, mood boards, and whatever else is needed to visually communicate ideas and deliver client requests,
Client collaboration:
Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, explain creative concepts, and present innovative solutions that exceed expectations.
Cross-functional coordination:
Working seamlessly across different teams, including copywriters, designers, and account managers, to ensure the successful execution of creative projects.
Market insight:
Keeping on top of industry trends and market insights to infuse fresh ideas and perspectives into creative projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

What you need:

Minimum 10-12 years of professional experience in art direction, preferably in an agency setting.
A robust portfolio showcasing your creative vision, including print and digital design, branding, and integrated campaign work.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor creative teams.
A deep understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
