Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate our audience. You will work on a variety of projects, including branding, digital marketing assets, social media graphics, and print materials, ensuring all designs align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

* Concept Development:
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative design ideas and layouts.

* Visual Design:
Create high-quality graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.

* Branding:
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.

* Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects from initial concept to final delivery, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate requirements into high-impact visuals.

* Pre-press & Digital Export:
Prepare final files for print (CMYK) and digital (RGB) use, ensuring technical specifications are met.

Skills & Qualifications

* Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

* Experience:

2–4 years of professional design experience (a strong portfolio is a must).

* Software Proficiency:
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience with Figma or Canva is a plus.

* Typography & Color Theory:
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color harmony.

* Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain design choices.

* Adaptability:
Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro).

* Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or UI/UX principles.

* Experience in a specific industry (e.g., E-commerce, Real Estate, or SaaS).
