QHT Clinic is a leading hair transplant clinic in India, known for delivering high-quality, reliable, and undetectable hair restoration results . As we expand our brand presence, we are looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to drive our marketing visuals and enhance our brand communication.
Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Graphic Designer with a strong creative sense and a keen eye for aesthetics , preferably with experience in healthcare, skin, aesthetic, or beauty-related industries . This individual will be responsible for designing all marketing collaterals, digital and print creatives, website visuals, and brand assets to support our hair transplant marketing department .
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida .
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design Execution:
Develop visually appealing designs for brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, email templates, infographics, advertisements, and marketing presentations.
Website & Digital Assets:
Design and optimize website graphics, landing pages, and UI elements for a seamless brand experience.
Brand Identity & Guidelines:
Ensure consistency across all designs by following and evolving QHT Clinic's brand identity.
Advertising & Social Media Creatives:
Design impactful creatives for Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, and other digital platforms.
Print & Offline Marketing Materials:
Create designs for hoardings, standees, clinic branding, and offline event materials.
Video & Motion Graphics (Preferred):
Experience in basic motion graphics or working closely with video editors to enhance brand storytelling.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, content, web developers, and the video editing team to ensure visually compelling brand messaging.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in healthcare, skincare, aesthetics, or beauty-related industries.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects is a plus).
A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, high-quality designs, and branding work.
Ability to think creatively, conceptualize ideas, and execute high-impact visuals.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
Experience in print and digital media with knowledge of design formats for both.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in motion graphics or video editing (preferred but not mandatory).
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
