Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Desktop Publishing (DTP) Operator with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, formatting, and designing documents for print and digital publication. This role requires strong expertise in desktop publishing software, pre-press processes, and close collaboration with the production and design teams to ensure high-quality publishing standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare documents for print and electronic publishing.
- Perform layout design, typesetting, and formatting of text and graphics.
- Work extensively on Corel

DRAW and Adobe InDesign.
- Create visually effective graphics and page designs.
- Manage pre-press processes including file preparation, proofing, and print-ready outputs.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to publishing standards.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and production teams.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in Desktop Publishing software (Corel

DRAW & Adobe InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles.
- Good understanding of pre-press and printing processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in layout and formatting.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Experience in the publishing or printing industry preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience (mandatory).
