Senior Fashion Designer – Resort Wear

We’re Hiring | Senior Fashion Designer – Resort Wear   Mandira Wirk  is expanding its design team and looking for a  Senior Fashion Designer (Resort Wear)  to be based in  Noida .
This role is ideal for a designer who understands elevated resort wear, has strong aesthetic judgment, and can lead collections from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities   Lead the design and development of  resort wear collections  from initial concept, mood boards, and fabric selection to final sampling
Create  innovative yet commercial silhouettes  aligned with the Mandira Wirk brand DNA
Develop detailed  hand sketches, digital illustrations, tech packs, and design presentations
Work closely with the  sampling, embroidery, and production teams  to ensure design accuracy and timely execution
Source and develop  fabrics, trims, prints, and surface techniques  suitable for luxury and premium resort wear
Conduct trend research and translate global trends into  wearable, sale-driven collections
Oversee fittings, revisions, and quality checks to ensure consistency and finish
Coordinate with merchandising and marketing teams for look development and collection storytelling
Mentor junior designers and ensure smooth workflow within the design team
What We’re Looking For   4–6 years of professional experience in  resort wear / contemporary Indian wear / luxury prêt
Strong understanding of  silhouettes, construction, drape, and fit
Hands-on experience with  prints, embroideries, and surface development
Excellent skills in  sketching, CADs, tech packs, and presentations
Strong commercial sensibility with the ability to balance creativity and sales
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a  fast-paced environment
Strong communication and team coordination skills
