Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive  Executive Business Partner  to support senior leadership in managing corporate initiatives, high-level meetings, and strategic communications. The role requires strong coordination skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion while ensuring smooth execution of corporate events and leadership engagements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Leadership Support
Act as a  single point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders .
Coordinate leadership schedules, appointments, and important meetings.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of action items from meetings and discussions.
2. Corporate Events & Meeting Management
Plan and execute  corporate events, product launches, leadership meetings, and internal gatherings .
Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
Manage the  end-to-end lifecycle of corporate events , from planning to execution.
3. Communication & Documentation
Draft professional  emails, communication notes, briefs, and presentations  when required.
Ensure clarity, consistency, and timely communication across departments.
Prepare meeting agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and action trackers.
4. Administrative & Coordination Support
Manage administrative tasks including  calendar management, scheduling, and document preparation .
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of leadership initiatives.
Maintain records, documentation, and confidential information securely.
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent  verbal and written communication skills in English .
Strong  organizational and time management skills .
Ability to  manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines .
High level of  professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality .
Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
