Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Noida. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting the team with clerical needs. The role also involves managing correspondence, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, assisting executives, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in office software and technology tools
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in administration or a related field is preferred
