About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to support day-to-day administrative and office operations. In this role, you will ensure smooth functioning of the workplace by handling coordination, documentation, and general administrative tasks. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy supporting teams in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and facility-related activities
Handle documentation, records, and filing (physical and digital)
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services
Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
Manage calendars, meeting arrangements, and internal coordination
Ensure compliance with internal policies and administrative procedures
Required Skills & Attributes
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail with the ability to multitask
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
