Key Responsibilities
Manage and update various Excel spreadsheets to track office expenses, schedules, and other important data.
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in good working order.
Assist with organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending out invites, and preparing necessary materials.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Help with onboarding new employees by setting up desks, ordering equipment, and providing necessary training.
Collaborate with other team members to support various administrative tasks and projects.
