Role Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The Executive Assistant will handle responsibilities such as providing administrative support, managing the MD's schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments, facilitating communication within and outside the organization, and assisting with various other crucial daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance
Strong skills in Diary Management and organization of schedules
Excellent Communication abilities, including verbal and written communication
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Noida
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
