Core Responsibilities Calendar & Time Management:
Manage complex schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics (internal, external, time zones).Communication Management:
Screen and direct calls, emails, and correspondence; act as a gatekeeper and point of contact.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange detailed travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
Document Preparation:
Create, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
Meeting Support:
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Information & Project Support:
Conduct research, manage information flow, and assist with special projects.
Office/Admin Support:
Handle filing, office supplies, and maintain databases. Key
Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an EA or similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office gadgets.
Proactive problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
