Executive Assistant) job description involves high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support for senior executives, focusing on managing schedules, communications, travel, and projects, acting as a key liaison, and ensuring efficient information flow and decision-making within the organization, requiring strong discretion, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Key duties include calendar management, preparing reports/presentations, handling confidential data, and coordinating meetings and events, all while serving as a professional bridge between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities Calendar & Time Management:
Manage complex schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics (internal, external, time zones).Communication Management:
Screen and direct calls, emails, and correspondence; act as a gatekeeper and point of contact.

Travel Coordination:
Arrange detailed travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.

Document Preparation:
Create, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and confidential documents.

Meeting Support:
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Information & Project Support:
Conduct research, manage information flow, and assist with special projects.

Office/Admin Support:
Handle filing, office supplies, and maintain databases. Key
