Input and update customer information accurately in our database
Prepare and organize data for analysis and reporting
Assist with inventory management and product listing
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure data consistency across platforms
Support the customer service team by responding to inquiries and resolving issues
Participate in team meetings and provide input on process improvements
Take on ad-hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor
