About the Role

We are hiring an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Offshore Executive Assistant for a senior business leader based in Dubai, who manages multiple business interests across the UAE and Australia.

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role requiring discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-business environment.

The selected candidate will be required to travel to Dubai for 3–4 weeks for in-person onboarding and shadowing of the business leader to understand their working style, priorities, and daily operations. After training, the role will be full-time remote from India.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a trusted offshore extension of the CEO
- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and priorities across time zones
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with teams in Dubai, Australia, and India
- Assist with business documentation, reports, and presentations
- Liaise with clients, partners, developers, and service providers
- Handle confidential communications with a high level of discretion
- Support travel planning, scheduling, and executive coordination
- Track key business initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups

Mandatory Requirement

Travel to Dubai for 3–4 weeks for onboarding and hands-on training

Shadow the CEO during daily operations, meetings, and site visits

Learn internal workflows, systems, and business processes

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Business Coordinator
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable working across Dubai, Australia, and India time zones

Preferred:

- Experience working with entrepreneurs or senior executives
- Background in real estate, corporate services, or business operations
- Experience in remote/offshore working environments
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM tools
