Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary, based in Noidai. The Company Secretary will handle regulatory compliance, prepare and maintain statutory records, coordinate board and committee meetings, ensure adherence to corporate governance practices, and effectively manage communication with stakeholders. The role also involves ensuring that all legal, financial, and statutory obligations are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Corporate Governance, Legal Compliance, and understanding of corporate laws and statutory regulations
Proficiency in preparing agendas, maintaining minutes, and handling board and committee documentation
Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and correspondence
High organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in using office software tools like MS Office
Professional qualification as a Company Secretary (CS) is required
Knowledge of financial and business management is an added advantage
