Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive executive administrative support to senior leadership. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, arranging meetings, preparing and processing expense reports, and handling various administrative tasks. Additionally, the role will involve maintaining effective communication on the executive's behalf and collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to manage daily executive operations effectively
Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and handling financial tasks accurately
Demonstrated capabilities in Executive Support, including scheduling and coordinating meetings
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise across various stakeholders
Proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
Discretion and confidentiality are essential
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is highly preferred
