Responsibilities Manage and organize the MD's calendar and appointments
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared in advance
Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries for the MD
Maintain and update filing systems and records
Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports as required
Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role (2-12 years of experience)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
