Key Result Areas (KRA) for Slot Booking Person
1. Slot Booking & Calendar Management

● Ensure accurate and timely booking of slots on the calendar.

● Maintain and update the calendar regularly to reflect the latest bookings and availability.

● Resolve booking conflicts and ensure proper coordination between team members to avoid scheduling issues.

2. Event Details Updates on Web App Script

● Regularly update event details on the web app, ensuring the information is correct.

● Ensure that all event-related data is entered accurately, including time, location, and faculty details.

3. Email Management & Communication

● Maintain active communication via emails, promptly responding to booking-related inquiries and requests.

● Effectively handle emails related to bookings, cancellations, and adjustments in a timely manner.

4. Expertise in Google Suite (Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Presentations, Google Docs)
● Utilize Google Calendar to efficiently schedule, modify, and track events.

● Update and manage Google Sheets for tracking bookings and related data.

● Prepare and update Google Presentations and Google Docs for event-related presentations and reports.

5. Coordination Skills in Emails & Whats App

● Exhibit strong coordination and communication skills across emails and Whats App to ensure smooth booking processes and responses.

● Follow up with relevant stakeholders via email/Whats App to ensure all bookings are confirmed and any changes are communicated effectively.

6. Excel Proficiency

● Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel for managing booking data, generating reports, and handling scheduling information.

● Use Excel for tracking bookings, attendance, and managing data sheets related to event logistics.

7. Typing Speed & Accuracy

● Maintain a minimum typing speed of 25 > WPM (Words Per Minute) to ensure fast and efficient data entry and communication.
