Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior executives
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
Handle professional email and phone communications
Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense tracking
Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and official documents
Act as a point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Track tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines efficiently
Skills & Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant is preferred
Eligibility Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of relevant EA / PA experience
Immediate to short notice joiners (0–30 days) preferred
