About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive professional and administrative support to the Managing Director. The role requires strong coordination skills, discretion, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities Professional Support
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft and manage professional communication including emails, reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and execution of business reviews, strategy discussions, and management updates.
- Prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Administrative & Coordination Support
- Support scheduling and coordination of both internal and external engagements.
- Handle documentation, records, and confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and official travel logistics when required.
Required Qualifications Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
- Strong understanding of professional communication, documentation, and correspondence.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
