Role Overview

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 years of post-qualification experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, reconciliations, and support US GAAP reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in general ledger management.

Key Responsibilities

Record and review day-to-day Journal Entries (JEs) in accordance with accounting standards
Perform Flux (variance) analysis and provide commentary on key movements
Reconcile Indian GAAP (IGAAP) books with US GAAP reporting requirements
Process and record Accounts Payable (AP) invoices
Handle bank documentation related to export of services, including compliance requirements
Support preparation and review of Income Statement and Balance Sheet
Conduct analysis and reconciliations, as required
Assist with audits and reporting requirements

Qualifications & Skills

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
2 years of post-qualification experience in accounting or finance
Strong understanding of US GAAP
Solid knowledge of GL accounting, financial statements, and reconciliations

Experience with journal entries and variance analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)

Experience with Net Suite is a plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
