Job Summary   We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to manage invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition processes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely collections, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities  Accounts Receivable Operations    Manage end-to-end AR processes and maintain accurate financial records.
Generate and issue client invoices in accordance with contracts and agreements.
Track, reconcile, and update invoice records regularly.
Collections & Dispute Management    Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with internal teams.
Escalate overdue accounts when required.
Revenue Recognition & Compliance    Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards.
Maintain compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local GAAP.
Prepare AR-related reports and assist during audits.
Required

Skills & Qualifications    2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.
Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition processes.
High attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
